Floral patterned ring with a beautiful blue sapphire crystal mounted on the top. This ring was made from vintage silverware from the 40's and was only available by redeeming coupons from baking ingredients. The pattern, Queen Bess. The delicate flowers run diagonally across the top of the handle. I have taken it a bit further and added a sapphire birthstone. This September birthstone is absolutely beautiful on this ring.
